The cost for home cleaning depends on 2 things:
1.) how long the appointment takes
2.) the frequency
*Appointment minimum is 4.5 total hours (3 ladies for 1.5 hours).
Every home is unique and the amount of time could vary from home-to-home.
The actual price could be a little less or a little more, depending on the time it takes.
Our cleaning teams normally consist of 3 ladies and we bring the supplies. If the cleaning appointment is a larger job, we can accommodate and send a larger team. This allows us to decrease the time that we are there at the appointment.
In person estimate fee: $25 for non-referred clients will be deducted from the cost of the first cleaning.
*$75 retainer fee for 1st time clients
